When you pay off your loan prior to maturity, we do not charge a prepayment penalty. In fact, it is always an exciting moment when we receive a borrower’s request for early loan payoff. We will work with the settlement agent to make the process as timely and straightforward as possible. The more time you give us to prepare the better it is for all parties as we need to prepare paperwork to release any and all claims that we have on the property(ies) and borrowing entity.
